Upazila Social Service Office, Nandail, Mymensingh has been successful in the past few days

The Department of Social Services is implementing various activities to ensure the rights protection, development and social security of the socially troubled, backward, helpless, distressed, elderly, disabled, marginalized communities, underprivileged and children involved in conflict with the law and in contact with the law. Social service activities started in the year 1955 by taking up the city social service program, but currently, the Department of Social Services is playing an important role in the socio-economic development of the country by implementing social safety net programs with more than half a hundred multifaceted programs and projects. Department of Social Services is always working to achieve the goal of SDG as per the instructions of Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina by adopting new activities with Right Based and Empowerment Approach. In Elaksha, the vision, vision, strategic objectives and functions of the Department of Social Services have been streamlined. Services are being digitized through new innovative initiatives. As a result, the services are reaching the doorsteps of marginalized communities.

Hierarchical Steps of G2P Implementation : Online/Offline Application > Initial Finalization at Union Parishad Meeting > Final Approval at Upazila Social Service Office, Nandale, Mymensingh Committee Meeting > Data Entry in MIS > Validation > Cash Account Completion and then Payment of Payroll.

(6) Probation proceedings: Probation proceedings are being conducted in accordance with the Probation of Offenders Act, 1960 and the Children Act, 2013 for minor first offenders and children. 25 people have been rehabilitated since inception.

(a) D-Document : Upazila Social Service Office, Nandale, Mymensingh is working as paperless office. All correspondences are being issued in D-documents with raising of notes.
